How much time should we allow to drive to Billings from Cody...we have a 3:35pm flight???

Depends on time of the year, road construction, getting behind a farm vehicle etc... and the 2 lane road route with passing capability and 65 to 70 mph allowed route. However assuming you are not going to sightsee...allow 2 & 1/2 hours of driving and another 1 hour to be at airport 1 hour before flight..

We plan on being there in late August...plan on leaving Cody at 11am maybe even 10:30am. Plan on no siteseeing unless you think there is something we should stop and see....

smom, will you have driven the Beartooth Pkwy prior to going to the airport/Billings? If not, that is a drive worth making, at least go to the summit area if you can.

We will be driving Beartooth our first day before entering YNP and plan on staying in Cody one night before heading home from Billings. How much time do you think the museums will keep our boys interested ....age 9 and 11 in Cody?? Recommendations for food in Cody??
