Cincinnati Art Museum

Come and check out the great and FREE Cincinnati Art Museum!! We are making history by having Petra: The Lost City of Stone Exhibit. 10,000 square feet of artifacts, buildings, movies and information about this once great city. Petra is located in Jordan and has been the sight of many famous movies such as Indiana Jones, The Last Crusade and Lawrence of Arabia. Come and see this magnificent exhibit!

Yes! Also visit the TAFT MUSEUM while in Cincinnati. It is an absolute treasure. Small
rooms each in original period finery from the
individually designed window treatments, to the paint choices and floor coverings. The collections and are artwork are unique and wonderful. A true treasure. This should be a destination for anyone visiting Cincinnati.

Yes the Taft museum and home are among the very best of the Presidents. Also looking forward to visiting the new underground railroad museum.

Don't forget your Contemporary Arts Center in the new building designed by Hadid. It looks stunning and I have yet to visit. Thinking maybe in the spring...

There is also a lot of art by up and coming artists in the galleries on Main St in Over the Rhine. I've been thinking I need to spend some time checking them out myself!!
