Chuckwagon dinner in Yellowstone
Presuming you have done this, do you feel the chuckwagon outing via horse or wagon in Yellowstone out of the Roosevelt Lodge was a:
1) do not miss
2) fun albeit pricey evening
3) other
$53 (wagon) or $73 (horse) per person is steep but if you feel it was excellent will consider doing so, thanks very much. Obviously, you hope for good weather.

I would go with #2.
Four of us went in 2006 when our kids were 13 and 16. We rode the horses and had a great time. The ride was fun, the meal was great and we saw a bear while we were eating (in the distance). I think it was worth the money. If you consider you are going to spend $25 to $30 per person for a meal anyway, the horse ride doesn't seem so expensive.
