Christmas at killington

We'd like to rent a place at Killington the week after Christmas. We are a group of 7, mix of kids and adults. We're looking for a nice place close to the slopes. Any ideas for a place for us to stay.

Thanks!!

Also interested in what to expect temperature- and snow condition-wise. Thanks!

We'd like to know about temperature and snow that week too! Also, any good places to eat for a large group-18 in all. (We already rented a house.) Thanks!

Temperature? Probably in the 20s or low 30s. Could definately be colder. Be prepared and bring a lot of layers.
Snow conditions? Depends. I grew up in Vermont and experienced many non-white Christmases. If the temperatures co-operate, Killington will be able to blow a lot of manmade snow and have a good amount of terrain open (I believe they just started making snow over the past couple of days).
As far as accommodations, can't help you there except to look into it ASAP as the week between Xmas and New Years is one of the busiest times for New England's ski resorts.
Have a great time and THINK SNOW!
