Hi. I have scheduled our vacation for this summer. We are going back to Cherry Grove Beach. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to bypass the town of Conway. For the last two years we have gotten stuck in terrible traffic trying to get through this little town. We are traveling from Kentucky and it takes us about 12 hours to get to the beach. Thanks for any help.

Also if anyone knows where to get the best discount tickets to Dixie Stampede please let me know. Thanks again

Oh for sure....if you are coming down 501 go just a few miles past Aynor and there is a great Hwy 22 that brings you out right at North Myrtle Beach...where the new outlet mall is.

If you get to Conway you have missed Hwy. 22....

Take SC 22 to US 31 and you'll come out at Little River. You can pick up SC 22 around Aynor on Highway 501.
