Cheese Danish

Where is a good bakery to get a cheese danish; My uncle who is 83 yrs old used to work in the city over 35 yrs ago. He said that the best cheese danish were made in the Jewish bakery's back then. Does anyone know of a bakery that still makes them. THANKS

You might do better to ask this question in the appropriate forum on Chowhound.com - go the the Boards and then click on the appropriate region. What city are you talking about? Maybe someone here also has an idea for you.

'Good' and 'best' are subjective. We like those at Costco.
