Charleston advice (ghost/pub tours, restaurants, etc.)
Does anyone have a recommendation for good ghost tours in Charleston? My g/f and I are both big history buffs, so any type of 'real' tour as opposed to 'info-tainment' would be preferable.
We're also looking for good restaurants. A few suggestions would be appreciated.
We'll be staying a few days so any breakfast, casual lunch spots or fine dining tips would be great.

The best tour guide in Charleston hands down is Sara Ragsdale. She is historically accurate, entertaining, and a joy to tour with.
I highly suggest you contact her at [email protected]

I just saw the Rachel Ray $40/day Charleston last nite and they went to Jestine's for lunch and HOminy Grill for dinner. I'd explore www.chowhound.com on the restaurant question but you'll also see some recommendations from Gotravel on this site.
