Went to Copper Canyons with them, loved it! As it was Mexico, meals were included (nothing memorable except margaritas ) and plenty of bottled water.

What exactly do you want to know? Are they dependable? yes. Easy to reach over the phone? yes. Answer all your questions? yes.

I went with them to Costa Rica and thought they were great.
As long as you can tolerate large groups because it is usually a full coach of 44 people.

Be sure and check the amount of time you are on the bus. We did the Colonial Mexico trip, and it was way too much time on the bus. I`d call and find that out before scheduling anything. Some days we were up at the crack of dawn and didn`t arrive at our hotel for the night, until after dark. No time to do anything on our own. Some people didn`t seem to mind but we heard others complaining of the bus time. The food and hotels were good, as were the guides.
