I stayed at Ceasars Pocono Palace for my Honeymoon in 1990. We had the three level room with champagne glass Jacuzzi and glass enclosed heart shaped pool. The room also had a fire place, massage room (with heat lamps, sauna, shower for two etc. It was wonderful!! A few steps from our room was a huge outdoor pool and hot tub, they also had an indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delivered each day to our door. the Food was great, although I didn't like the family style dining, kind of strange considering it's a couples resort. The area was beautiful with plenty to do, I would highly recommend to couples trying to get a little magic back. Oh if I could only find a weekend babysitter!

It's not worth the money. The previous post said that there was so much to do??? We were bored to tears!
If it isnt snowing out there is not much to do but horseback ride or ski on a complete sheet of ice (which is no fun).
Try, a B&B in New Hope if you are set on PA, if not go to the mountains more north!
Good luck!

Re previous post, we were there in early summer so we were able to use outdoor pool & jacuzzi. We were also able to enjoy the lake and beach area lounging in beach chairs, boating, water ski)although I don't play golf, but I think they did have a course. Biking and hiking and horseback riding are also options. There was also nightly entertainment. HOWEVER, if you are staying at this type of resort, I don't beleive you will be looking for that much activity OUTSIDE YOUR ROOM.
