Caesar's Magical Empire--good choice?
Hi all,
Will be in Vegas for the first time with husband & two sons (15 & 13) for two nights.
Would like to see a show while we're there. Was considering the magic/dinner show at Caesar's.
Is there anybody out there who has seen this show, and also had the dinner? Would like to know if it's worth the $75.00 per person charge, or if we would be better off to take in The Blue Man Group or Mystere.
Any opinions/suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Blue Man is not uniquely Vegas, it plays in other cities as well. If you're interested in an excellent, relatively inexpernsive magic show, I highly recommend Lance Burton. And I would recommend "O" and then "Mystere" if you want to see a Cirque du Soleil show.

I weent to the Caesar's show with a friend and couldn't wait to take my children (then ages 13 & 15). I thought the food was very good (I believe I had the salmon) and the entertainment went on for hours. The good thing was that you went from room to room as the evening progressed (kids did not get bored). I highly suggest that when you get to Las Vegas go to the entrance area of the Magical Empire around 10 or 11AM (check times) and they give a free 15 to 20 minute tour of what you can expect that evening. They also give you a coupon for $10 or so off per person for the evening. By doing this you can decide if it's something of your interest and save money. Hope this helps.
