Andy,
I will certainly post a trip report when I get back. We have a reservation
for the ride that originates right inside the part, not associated with
Ruby's. It is a 2 hour ride for $30
per person. It goes down into the canyon. Since we are staying at the Bryce Lodge, I didn't want to have to go outside the park for the trail ride.

pag731, I'm sure you will be pleased with the Bryce Canyon trail ride. I took a ride with that outfit in June, and was very happy with it. Make sure you wear jeans and a hat that won't blow off. You're not allowed to take anything other than a camera.

We just returned from a 10 day trip to Utah etc. We did the 2 hour canyon horse/mule trip (and did a half day mule trip at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon). Comparing the canyon trip to hiking, we much preferred the hiking!!! Do the Queens Garden hike and/or Navajo Loop Trail. Both are unbelievable!! Bring lots of water and film!
