The Broadway Inn was a friendly oasis in the theatre district. My daughter &
I stayed there a couple of years ago and
enjoyed its proximity to our show and to other sites we had planned to see. The rooms are a bit small, but the lobby was cozy and we enjoyed our breakfast times there. We were cautious
when walking the street at night, but never had any difficulties even when out
very late.

New York magazine did a hotel article in the 2/5/01 issue. Following is what they wrote abot the Broadway Inn.
"You also get lots of charm for your dollar at the Broadway Inn....This four story theater district walk up (no elevators) has a real lobby with real sofas....Halls and rooms are papered in pastel patterns, and framed prints are hung throughout"
