Obviously, you really know a lot about everything...By the way Merriem is a female name....From the bible, you know. You are so typical of the narrow minded bible thumpers that are drawm to this place. How did we end up here? FYI it was a bad choice, and cannot wait to get back to the NW were people are open minded, and know that others come in different colors, religions, and have good taste. As a previous post said, The Ozarks are very beautiful...Branson is another story. You really should vist some interesting places. The world is full of them.

Merriem-Where did you get the idea that I was a Bible thumper?!! (Wasn't Merriem in the Bible spelled Miriam? Or is that just one version?) You want to go where people are open minded but you get judgmental with me precisely because I am open minded about Branson! We visited Branson when I lived in Kansas City because it was close. I doubt if we would have gone if we had to travel very far. And by the way I have traveled all over--and just living in New York City or Paris doesn't make one open minded! It seems to me there are a lot of New Yorkers who are very smug and feel superior to people who live in the midwest--just check this forum! There are all kinds everywhere. I'm sorry (really) you're so unhappy in rural Missouri and hope you sell your house soon.

Merriem--sorry I am going blind--I just reread your post and it said NW not NY--which I guess makes more sense. My daughter just moved back east from the west and feels like you do about the open mindedness of western people. Good luck.

Sorry to irritate people so much about this place. Yes, I am from the NW not New York. Different strokes for different folks...I just have a real problem with bigots...I thought we left that a long time ago in the 60's...not here.

Dinosaur world is in Euraka, 100 life size replicas & 4 story King kong. n ar railroad with restored steam engines rides. lunch and dinner served aboard. Euraka spg gardens - 33 acres of hardwood trees, & native plants, high bluffs Blue spring within the grounds. troley system uses 1900 trolleys to see town, passion play. so it looks like you wont be borred.
