Further critique and suggestions please?
Hi all, just an update on our planned trip and where we are so far with our ideas. Would welcome any critique or suggestions
Sunday arrive in Boston (we have a car rental which allows a Canada drop off at Toronto Pearson)
Monday Boston
Tuesday, early start to drive to Woodstock for lunch and then onto Lake George staying there for the night on Tuesday.
Wednesday, late morning start to Geneva via Saratoga Springs on route 20. Staying in Geneva on Wednesday evening.
Thursday, drive to Letchworth State Park for picnic lunch. Then drive to Niagara Falls to spend Thursday night and Friday night there.
Saturday, leave Niagara Falls to do a quick visit of Toronto before evening flight home.
I appreciate that we won't be doing Toronto justice but tbh Niagara was our preferred choice.
Also because we will have the car for the full trip from Boston airport to Toronto Airport we will be able to visit Niagara on the Lake as well.
Any suggestions on how we can make this trip better are more than welcome?

It's 2 1/2 hours from Logan Airport to Woodstock VT via I93/I89.
It's possible to drive I93 to Concord NH and then switch to the scenic state roads from Concord to New London NH and then get on I89 to VT. But if you're aiming for lunch in Woodstock, it's probably best to be there by 11:30 or noon. Last week of September is usually nice weather. You should see a little bit of color, at least in the swamp maples. I89 from Concord to VT is pretty scenic. Lots of trees.
