Has anyone used the CRS Service for booking a hotel in New York. I have found a fantastic rate on a room. The site promises cancellation with no charge. Is it easy to get your account credited for the hotel charges if you must cancel? Please help. I would like to book this room at the great rate, but I have never used a discount service.
