Bohemian cities

If you had to choose one city in the US with the bohemian feel, which would it be?

Would have to say Bolinas CA. Had a hard time getting there last trip...guess the locals take the sign down to discourage tourists!

Bohemian:
Unconventional life, usually in a colony with others-
Monterey Ca.
Woodstock NY.
San Francisco has all kinds of things going on within it's city limits, there are great artist colonies, that is where I would go~

Sedona, Arizona? At least that's the feel I got when I was there. Great little area.

Another vote for Portland. Lots of smally quirky neighborhoods and large gay and lesbian populations and lots of musicians living there.

Well, as someone who lives in Brattleboro, I laughed at boho - I'd hardly call it bohemian! I wish!
