birthday is Charleston

Best friends traveling to Charleston for a special girls birthday getaway from New Years till Jan 4. Looking at restaurants for the special day-
1.Cyprus
2.Roberts
3.SNOB
Any and all opinions welcome!

I ate at #3, SNOB and enjoyed the food. Would definitely go back again.

I also ate at Hanks - great food!

Hi cesta, I am certainly not an expert regarding Charleston's restaurants but I still remember the dinner I had at SNOB. And I have noticed many Fodorite's seem to love SNOB also..including Cringo.
Anyway if it was my birthday I would want to go to SNOB!

We, too, thought SNOB was delicious. We went there last New Years Eve for our anniversary and the prix fixe menu was excellent. We also had dinner at Cypress one night and thought it was pretty good.

I would suggest you also consider
Cru Cafe-great lunch
Anson's
Peninsula Grill
High Cotton
Fig
and my personal favorite, Magnolia's.

For drinks hit the rooftop of the Marketplace Pavilion. Great views and windbreaks to keep you comfy.

Happy birthday!
