believe me djkbooks, I've been using priceline for years with great success. This is the first time I'm not able to get anything yet. But I will continue to try.
Mclaurie, have you actually stayed at eastgate? I made reservations but I really need to hear reviews.

No, I haven't stayed there but pass it all the time. It's owned by Affinia which is a terrific company. It looks like an apartment building from the outside. It's in a good location. It's nearish NYU hospital. It's a MUCH better location than the Best Western President (with much better reviews on tripadvisor than the Best Western---my favorite is attacked in the elevator...).
