Best way to SFO for 6:30 a.m. flight?

Hi - We're in San Francisco for a few days the end of the month. Staying at Coventry Inn Sat & Sun. Our flight home is Tues at 6:30 a.m. We also need to return rental car to Enterprise sometime on Monday or Tues a.m. I was planning on a hotel near the airport but I'm not sure how to do this. Any recommendations?
Thank you

Drop off your bags at hotel, return car, shuttle to airport, shuttle or cab to hotel.

With that early of a flight, I'd definitely drop the car off Monday night. I'd check in to my airport hotel and drop off luggage. Then drop the car off at Enterprise at SFO and take the hotel shuttle back. In the morning, use the same hotel shuttle to get to the airport. Just make sure the hotel has an airport shuttle and I think most of them do in that area. Also make sure the hotel shuttle knows you have a really early flight. I would imagine they are used to that.

I stayed at the Bay Landing hotel the one time I did this and it was fine.

I have stayed at the Bay Landing Hotel too. It was nice. There is also a Marriott and numerous others near by.

Check to be sure airport hotel has very early shuttle as some don't and you want to be there earlier rather than later.

I know that Bay Landing had an early shuttle and I'm sure most of the other hotels do, too, but I'd definitely confirm that wherever you stay.

I can remember staying at an airport motel that had free shuttle service but it didn't start til 6 am which wasn't early enough for my 6 am flight. Had to pay for a taxi, I wasn't happy.

That's happened to us too Deb, although (obviously) not in San Francisco.

This may not help due to the necessity of the shuttle, but SFO is great Priceline (name your own price) territory.

Needing a shuttle that is 24/7 and using priceline can get you a place that has a shuttle but not it may not operate during the early morning. I understand that this is LESS at SFO, but you can't be 100% sure using name your own price.
