Westin La Paloma in Tucson came in at 7 p.m. to turn down the sheets and put a Ghirardelli chocolate on the pillow. Just kind of a nice touch.
I really like the Radisson (not sure if they all do but the Augusta, GA and SLC do) free manager's evening hospitality hour -- free drinks and appetizers.
Once stayed at Bally's and they gave me a free show ticket. It was a package (air and hotel) deal booked with my travel agent, so maybe it wasn't really free. LOL!
I've had Bath and Body Works lotions and shampoos at one place. Can't remember which hotel.

We recently stayed at the Kaupalua Bay Renaissance in Maui.
We walked in to music playing in our room. On the nightstand, there was a cd player and a couple of Hawaiian music cd's for us to enjoy.
Every night, they would turn down our bed and put a different little fish pin with a story of the fish on our pillow.

Does the amenity count if we were not in a hotel in the US?
Anyway, at a Mandarin Oriental there were name cards on the desk to give out to friends. They said
---- ----- is a guest at the Mandarin Oriental during his stay in Hong Kong.
Just like a business card. Then the hotel information.
I still get a kick out of remembering that!

I got about half a dozen of those calling cards with my name on them at a lovely boutique hotel in Montreal. The hotel information was on the back of the card. It was a small suite and the kitchen area was supplied with everything you'd need if you wanted to have company (which we did) -- wine glasses, linen napkins, silverware -- and none of it was plastic.

At the Enchantment Resort in Sedona, complimentary bottled waters(with their logo)were left every evening. Every morning orange juice was left in a little bucket outside the door along with a USA Today. They also had wine glasses---we would have a glass of wine on the terrace or in front of the fireplace every night---so much nicer to drink wine out of wine glasses.
At the Bellagio, a CD was left on our pillow one night. We were celebrating my husband's birthday.

A small box of luxury chocolates and a small basket of fruits nightly at the Conrad Hong Kong. A small teddy bear on the bed and a rubber ducky in the tub. Free finger food and sushi together with top shelf liquor at the Executive lounge nightly. Total luxury and views of the Hong Kong harbor can't be beat.
Love this hotel!
The Conrad Bangkok is a very close second. Instead of a teddy bear, this hotel gives you a little stuffed elephant and the famous rubber ducky in the tub!

Bangkok and Singapore really have it right when talking about customer service. I think my favorite was in Singapore where our "butler" pointed out a big wicker basket in a corner. "Put your personal laundry in it and we'll do it". We tested it the first day thinking we needed to pay to have a couple shirts done anyway, but found it was free -- all of it, done daily and returned to the room by mid afternoon. Our white sweat socks turned brown from our hiking boots after a long very hot day at the zoo came back laundered with a note of apology that they couldn't get them sparkling white. First time my jockey shorts had ever been ironed -- and for free.
