Best Chinese in Vegas?

I'm going to vegas this weekend and want to eat some great chinese food. What's the best restaurant on the strip? (I don't have a rental car and would rather spend my money on the meal than on a taxi to a restaurant off the strip.)

Thank you!

Based on my single meal there, and the judgment of a few other people I respect, the best Chinese restaurant is probably Wing Lei. Located at the Wynn hotel, and named in some fashion or other after Mr. Wynn himself, it offers a gourmet dining experience in an ornate, formal dining area. The price is predictably high. One comment often made is that its more exotic, more authentic dishes are better than the standard crowd pleasers it also offers.

The best strip Chinese is very expensive, Jasmine at Bellagio or the place at the Wynn. Lots of strip Chinese is not very good, and overpriced.
The buffet at the Mirage has a nice Chinese section. Chin Chin at New York New York, and Ping Pang Pong at the Gold coast both serve decent chinese at moderate prices. The Victorian Coffee Shop at Bill's, mid-strip, has chinese specials that might hit the spot.

We loved Jasmine at Bellagio; they had wonderful Peking Duck and excellent service with it. Pricey, but worth it.

The Chinese food in the Victoria Room at Bill's is outstanding, and cheap.
