Yep, the National Seashore per Chris's advice. Everywhere else is prety lame on the Cape.
Parking this year is $10 a day or $30 for season pass (used to be 7 and 20) . The daily or season pass gets you parking at all National Seashore beaches on the Cape for the day/year.
Or if you are cheap and like to eat raw seafood then go to Cahoon Hollow in Welfleet (part of National Seashore owned by town of welfleet) and park at the Beachcomber. It costs $10 but they give you a 10 dollar credit on food.
