B&B or resort somewhere in FL

I'm looking for suggestions on a B&B or quaint resort for late April or early May in southern Florida or the Keys. We're pretty open -- just looking for a 3-5 day get away. We have a 1 year old so we'd like to stay in an area with strolling around sights within walking distance. A pool would be nice, but not a must. We'd like to stay under $250/ night.

That does look nice. We are starting to lean towards the Keys, especially Key West. We'd want to stay in old town so that we could walk to everything.

The Marquesa is definitely fabulous, but it's a hotel rather than a B&B. If you want a B&B try the Heron House.
