BALLY'S-LAS VEGAS

I just booked a room at Bally's in April on their "Double Deal" package. It give a room rate of $69 a night and includes 2 for 1 tickets for "Jubilee", 2 for 1 cocktails and discounts to all their restaurants. Sound like a great deal to me since I wanted to see "Jubilee" anyway. Has anybody had this package? Is it as good of a deal as it sounds? How are the restaurants at Bally's?

Not a fan of the rooms or the restaurants of Bally's. (Although there is a good sushi place in the basement - not sure if it's still there.)

If you like the price, go for it. If you want a better hotel experience, seek elsewhere.

Bally's has some good shows, we saw George CArlin there, check and see who the headliners are during your stay.

I personally like Bally's. The rooms are somewhat large and very nice. Of course not as nice as some of the others in that area of the strip but not as pricey. Your deal sounds like a good one to me. I was checking their website for dates in May and the rooms are running $140 a night then. Their buffet is pretty good.

We stayed at Bally's a few times and I'm not wild about their rooms, they are sort of blah. We did entertain clients one night in their steak house and the food was awesome. I also like their coffee shop. They have a nice variety on the menu and everything we're ordered there was pretty good.

Ginny, I like to stay at Ballys because you are right next door to Paris and across the street from the Bellagio. It is well situated on the strip. Yes it is an older casino but my rooms have always been large. Yes the decor maybe somewhat old but it was clean and nice.
I think Bally's is a good value.

sounds like a good deal. Bally's rooms are larger than the standard hotel room and the hotel is in a good location. The buffet is good as well as their Italian restaurant Al Dente.
