Anybody know of a good bakery on the west side (Lahaina area) of Maui?

When we went to Kauai we found a bakery with outstanding macadamia nut cinnamon rolls! Yum! Anything like this in Maui??

There is a good bakery in Lahaina - not downtown, but across the hwy. I think it's just called "The Bakery". It's on the backside of a small strip mall. I've never tried their rolls or pastries, but they have wonderful sandwiches.

Darn, don't know the name but my Dad (a bakery buff) found a good one in Lahaina, somewhere near-ish Lahaina Shores.

The only good bakery on the west side is The Bakery. It is located a few doors from the Lahaina sugar cane train station. You have to pass the bakery to get to the train station. They provide breads to many of the high end hotels. It is not the prettiest bake shop but the pastries are to die for.

But tell me, where was that bakery on Kauai with those cinnamon rolls?!?

"The Bakery" has good breakfast stuff, I assume? I'm really looking for breakfast pastries, rolls, etc.


The bakery in Kauai is "Kilauea Bakery" up by Princeville.

I just remembered another bakery in Lahaina - Buns of Maui. They have really great cinnamon rolls, good baked goods & breakfast sandwiches. Their bagels aren't so great. It's located in the Old Lahaina Center which is between Papalaua St & Lahainaluna - access from Papalaua.
