Axis and Wild Ginger

Going to be in Seattle in about a week and a friend said to check out these places for dinner. I've been searching online for their sites to check out menu's but had no luck. Would appreciate any help with this. TY

I don't know that Wild Ginger has a website - certainly they'd keep any link to a recent negative reivew in the local paper off it if they did. See http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/food/104488_rest17.shtml

Thanks for the creative header of the day! I thought you were talking about the two daughters of my old hippie friends from the 60's.

Melmg I would not waste time or money at Axis here in Seattle. It is over priced, over hyped and really just a place for the Eastsiders to hang out. Wild Ginger is so far above them in service, style and cuisine. Definately check it out. I wasn't able to find a menu online but here is a good article:

Enjoy your time in Seattle!

I ate at Wild Ginger on my first Seattle trip in November and really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Also ate at the Dahlia Lounge (?) and enjoyed it as well. Third night we went to an Italian place -- I think it was Isabella's -- and was disappointed.

Good luck!

I live in Seattle and my new favorite is Waterfrond Seafood Grill at Pier 70 (phone 206-956-9171). Best crabcakes in town! Nice sunset views also. Have a good trip.

P.S. I like Waterfront better than Wild Ginger, but haven't been to Axis.
