avoiding tunnels driving from Atlanta to Houston, TX
Hello,
I am going to have to take a road trip to Houston soon from Atlanta. I have an anxiety disorder where I am extremely claustrophobic and I avoid tunnels. I have panic attacks so I don't want to subject those who will be traveling with me to all that. Are there any tunnels between Atlanta to Houston and if so can someone please suggest a route that avoids them? I can deal with the tunnels where I can see the exit from the entrance but that's about it. I truly appreciate it! Thanks a bunch! P/S flying isn't an option. We need to drive.
