Montreal is a very diversified city, basically it all depends of what you like! For nightlife, hang around Crescent St.(downtown) or St-Laurent Boulvard, where you'll find neat clubs and coffee shops. As for main attractions, there's the biodome, the botanical garden, the Olympic Stadium (watch a baseball game!), there's also the Old Forum who's being renovated into a huge cinema complex...Since Montreal has a population with many cultures, you should visit Little Italy, China town and other spots with a strong ethnicity! If you prefer the "french-european" style, you can't go wrong with le Plateau Mont-Royal...

Have fun!

Within this website you can create your own "instant" tour guide. What more could you ask for? Or, a search in any of the multitude of search engines availble would positively overwhelm you with possibilities from which you could select what is most appealing to you. In the alternative, you could spend $10 on any good tour guide and acquire all information imaginable! If, on the other hand, you wish to be told where to go and what to do, with no effort whatsoever on your part, consider the results...if any.

Hi,
You should visit Old Montreal and the Port. Old bldgs, lots of restaurants and nightlife. A drive up Mont Royal will give nice panoramic views of the city. Shopping is mostly along St Catherine and Sherbrooke street.
Restaurants (French): P'tit Extra, L'Express, L'Entrepont, Le 917, Chez Julien, Piment Vert (Chinese), breakfast: Beauties, Eggspectations. In Quebec City, the Old Town is likewise the best area to hang around in. It will definitely keep you busy. Good restaurant: Aux Anciens Canadiens. Enjoy
