Also check out Hocking Hills! There are Inns and Cabins that are great!

It looks like those two places, the Hocking Hills cabins and the Inn at Cedar Falls are sort of the same place?
How is the access in the winter? We are looking for just an overnight. I don't mind staying a little ways out, but if the roads are dark/unmarked/snowy it might not be good.
Thanks!

You are correct. The Inn at Cedar Falls is located in the Hocking Hills. There are numerous other places to stay in Hocking Hills as well.
If you're planning on just an overnight stay for a visit to Athens, it may not be the best option for you, especially in the winter.
