Yes. Going to visit family in upstate (near Albany/Saratoga) NY and squeezing in 2 or 3 days in NYC. Using the advice from fodors to help with my planning. Very excited.

Yes! As we speak! Two consecutive weeks in July. A week in Mammoth and a week in Tahoe. Can't wait!

Looks like a baseball summer for us. So far we have one trip to Portland, ME to see Portland Sea Dogs minor league ball planned and one trip to Baltimore to see major league ball (Red Sox/Orioles) in the works. Will probably take in a game in Lowell to see the Spinners and a game in Pawtucket to see the PawSox. If we get all this done we will have seen the Red Soxes A, AA and AAA affliates as well as the Red Sox themselves. Can you tell we like baseball???? Can you tell we like the Red Sox????

I always plan the next vacation on the way home from the prior vacation Next on my list: Yosemite and South Tahoe. No set date as it's not hard for me to take a week off work, I'm just waiting for better weather. This year, when I've decided finally to go to Yosemite, the spring is unusually cold. My luck

Yosemite is next on our list - 4 days in May. In June we are planning a camping vacation, haven't decided where though. Then in September we will be spending a week in Morro Bay and Big Sur.

I haven't done much summer planning. We will probably hike for a week on the Colorado Trail, then make a visit to family in Texas. I'm working on a family trip to Hawaii for after Christmas this year.

Got a few things in the hopper.
1. A long weekend for just my 10-year-old daughter and me at Six Flags Magic Mountain (anyone out there ridden Scream yet?).
2. The family plus one to Las Vegas for a few days to celebrate son's birthday. Thanks to fodorites for help with these plans.
3. A family week at either Black Butte Ranch in central Oregon, or on San Juan island in Puget Sound.
4. A long weekend anniversary celebration at the Metolius River Resort in Camp Sherman, Oregon.

Yep, leaving Saturday. Originally going to drive like maniacs thru Florida but decided to head to the Virgin Islands instead for some much needed R&R. Some of you may remember my posts. Prices very good right now.

But wait, this Saturday doesn't really count as Summer yet. Oh well, then my answer is no - will have to plan another trip to somewhere when we come back! Thinking about going West next.

Has the potential of being an expensive summer, but that's why God invented debt, right?

We're off to Anchorage in August for our Goddaughter's wedding, then, because we need a new car (farewell, Old Paint) thinking about capitalizing on Volvo's offer of free plane tix when you pick up a new car at the factory (save $$ off the US sticker too.) It would be a quick trip, but any days in Sweden are better than no days in Sweden.

I start planning the next vacation as soon as I get back from the last vacation. Keeps the time moving! I will be in Wyoming/Colorado in July- already I'm ready to go!

We're off to Disney in June. I'm also going to Phoenix in August for a convention (hey, it it's by myself, it qualifies as a vacation). We are going up to Massachusetts for a wedding in September, so we'll probably tack on a trip to Boston as well. I'm currently thinking about next summer as well!

You know, I want to start making plans for a summer trip (We are going to Napa in the fall), but my husband insists that 3 vacations in the last 4 months is already excessive. I disagree, don't you?

nina - as long as you've got the time and the money, I don't think there is any such thing as excessive vacationing.
