Anyone stayed at Island City House in Key West?

May be interested in booking reservations at Island City House in Key West. Mostly interested in the Arch House part of Island City House. Any advice or experiences, knowledge anyone can share?

I've never stayed there but it gets good reviews. The only complaint I can remember about it is that it allows children (most B&Bs in Key West don't)and occasionally can get loud with active youngsters. Try doing a back search on this board; I'm sure you'll find lots of additional information.

Thank you. I will search for any information with the back search. Also, another option for Key West -- do you know anything about Travelers Palm?

Might I suggest the El Patio in Key West. Very convinient, just a few blocks from it all. Maybe 3-4. Right on the trolly line. Done in 1950's style. Just loved it. Roof top patio with nice view at night. I discovered in my quest for lodging, that there are a lot of adults only/alternative lifestyle hotels/motels in Key West. May want to inquire if this is/is not what you are looking for.

Island City House is nice and well located just 4 blocks from Duval. We actually appreciated the "distance" from the bars and noise.

Yes, kids are allowed and many people do choose this hotel because of the "kid-friendly" factor. However, kids did not really bother us.
