Plans fell thru for drive thru Teton to Yellowstone & onto my Dads in Cody WY.
Now switching gears flying into Seattle, spend 5 days over the 4th of July and then fly to Billings & drive to Cody.
Staying at the Residence Inn on Lake Union (we know the immediate area & usual tourist stuff) ..any new Restaurants or new things to visit Seattle area? Husband likes to jog preferably on a water/ beach, wineries. I like to just read/walk & watch the water...

My favorite alongside-water jogs are from the ferry docks at Lincoln Park to Alki Beach along Beach Drive SW in W. Seattle, and in Myrtle Edwards just next to the Sculpture Park. Oh, and can't leave out Greenlake (where I met my husband).

I'm assuming your Sunday brunch in W. Sea was at Salty's...if you liked that you might want to check out one of the Anthony's Home Port locations.

If you like beer, you're in for a treat. The Seattle International Beer Fest runs from July 3 - 5 in Seattle Center.

Also, be sure to enjoy the fireworks over Lake Union -- a great (but super crowded) viewing spot will be Gas Works Park near Fremont.

They aren't buffets, but a nice Sunday breakfast/brunch can be found at: Serafina's on Eastlake, Cafe Flora, Andaluca's, Brasserie Margaux, Etta's Seafood, to name a few possibilities.

If you want wineries, I'd also suggest Woodinville area.

It's not new but the Arboretum, Japanese Garden, Madison Park, Volunteer Park, are all fun if the weather's nice.

The schedules aren't out quite yet, but there are two theater companies doing free "Shakespeare in the Park" shows each summer around that time.
