Earth and Ocean is wonderful. I've heard of some of the others, but hands down my favorite is The grape and the grill.

Sazerac is also quite good. Unfortunatly Lead is no longer in business- too bad because they had wonderful wines!

Lampreia is excellent. Axis is fun. Depends on what you're looking for. Let me know what kind of food you would like and the price, and I'll try to help.

I agree with Wendy, Sazerac is outstandingly good. Axis is supposed to be pretty good, but service can be iffy. I'd recommend the following two Seattle websites for local reviews:

http://seattle.citysearch.com/

or

Axis is too finger foody to be called "dinner." All the others are great.

I was disappointed in Axis -- horrible service, for one thing. Couldn't get into Earth & Ocean -- very popular this past summer. But my favorite was Flying Fish.

Haven't been to Crepe de Paris for years - my impression is that it's still mainly a business-lunch sort of place. Sazerac has a lot of buzz. Lampreia is great but bring plenty of money. (Actually, that goes for all of your list.) Are you looking for French, atmosphere, beautiful people, trendy chefs or all of the above?

Earth and Ocean - good for a drink - not for dinner (overrated IMO) - BTW, this is in the W hotel.

John is right - all of these are pricey!
