Any Adults Preferred Hotels?

Go upscale. Try the Peabody (a 15 minute drive from Disney (Orlando, I assume you mean)if there's no traffic...) Any kids there will be of the wearing- a- little- suit- and- saying-thank- you type. You could try other hotels in that area which is near the convention center and a less family oriented area.
Of course, all that quiet will end at the parks, duh....

Kathy, Believe me, there will be plenty of kids at the Peabody, and they will NOT be wearing little suits. They will be running and splashing around the pool just like the peasant children at all the other resorts in Orlando. I have to say though that the pool at The Portofino Bay at Universal was fairly quiet last March when we were there, plus they have a couple of pools without any fun slides that should be fairly empty of kids. That's your best bet.
Keep in mind that March is school vacation, and every restaurant, will have children, even the "upscale" ones. In March in Orlando it's hard to go 2 feet without risking stepping on a small child. Good luck.
