We'll be taking a redeye flight out of Anchorage this summer to head home. I don't see any showers on the ANC airport site. Does anyone know if there are showers or somewhere else nearby we could "freshen up" before getting on the plane that evening?

We cashed in some of our Marriott points to get a room the day of the flight. This is a common thing to do, as hotels and many other services are geared towards the late night flights. Sorry I don't have another specific hotel, but the hotel clerk told us many people come and go in the evening and early morning. [Thus explaining why pizza delivery was open all night and housekeeping was available 24 hours.]

I'd call around to the hotels....

The ANC airport reminds me of a small airport trying to grow into a large one. We had to use the old fashioned walk up stairs to get on the plane. Not surprised they don't have public showers.
