Sure does appear to be Crystal City--at least there are some restaurants nearby. Short metro trip to sites in DC.

It's miles from Old Town, but right across the river from DC. Still a better choice (IMHO) than Rockville.

Alexandria is the better choice. A lot more restaurant and shopping options and things to see than in the Grosvenor area. Alexandria is much nicer for walking, too.
