No, we didn't get any photos of the wolves because they were too far away. I could see them just fine in the binoculars. My camera, while good, was not good enough to get any detail. We the mom, the dad, and a wolf pup (although it was a fairly large wolf pup). It was really amazing. Wolves are such graceful creatures. When we were hiking along the road that takes you through the wolf territory, we were SO hoping we'd spot a wolf. Our bus driver the day before told us about how before they closed the territory off to hikers, the female wolf would approach people - not very close, but close enough you knew she was there. She never showed any aggression, she was just curious. So they closed the territory off, the only place you can walk is on the actual road. (The wolves are below the road in the valley, and across from the road on the valley wall.)
