Has anyone stayed at the Acadia Cottages hosted by Laurie and John?
The various cabins look quite nice and nightly rates are approx $200 + tax but no additional cleaning or service fees.
Almost seems too good to be true. Highly rated on Trip Advisor.
Any personal experience to be shared?

I can attest that the reviews on TripAdvisor are indeed accurate. We stayed at Acadia Cottages in Southwest Harbor and the cabin/cottage was spotless. Ours had been recently renovated and it was like brand new. Every conceivable detail was thought of. As opposed to a VCRBO type property there were no extra cleaning, service, or administrative fees tacked on. Highly recommend.
