Knoxville - If you like gardens the University of Tenn Garden and the Botanical Garden in Knoxville are nice.

Why. You can be outside==the safest place to be. Wear a mask. Don't go shopping. Do the hikes. Social distance from other visitors.

My impression was that it was planned for this past March/April. Given the whole COVID situation, they may not have been able to go then. Interesting info all the same.
