Fearful traveler in Feb?

I have 2 weeks off in the beginning of February and no ideas of where to go. Being a pale monster, I try to stay out of the sun. I'm a klod and don't ski well, so that's out. But I'm not afraid of the cold weather. I'm just looking for somewhere safe/fun/new to go. I've been to Ireland, England, France, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Canada, Bahamas, and would like to try something new that won't break the delicate bank!

Crotia is still reasonable. Many reports can be found in the Europe section.

How about Asia - still generally cheaper than Europe, especially if you avoid Singapore and Hong Kong.

I'm curious about the "fearful" part you mentioned in your title. The post doesn't really reference anything like that (unless you mean afraid of a sunburn!).
