The "Chuck-It List"

Glad to find this again; seems like it keeps moving??
Anyway Starrs since we've been to Munich, Nuremburg, Heidelberg, Bacharach, etc. so this trip we are going to Strasbourg, Basel, and other spots. We start in MIlan, then to Turin, Venice (out of the way but we love it), Basel (via a night in Milan), Strasbourg, Paris, London, then back. We are excited to see the cities dressed up for the holidays, despite cold weather and short days. Hope you have a great trip and post the itinerary here (or elsewhere).

This year (if it finally happens) will just be Munich and Paris. I really hope the Munich / Christmas markets with friends will work out this year. My friends are there right now. Envious.
And yes, it this thread does seem to move a lot!

Emphasis above is mine. To clarify, the thread has moved just once, on the morning of September 3. Any entries from #76 onwards were posted after the move to Travel Tips. If one clicks on the pointer left in the Lounge, it opens the thread here.

Starrs, don’t give up on Asia! It is the favorite place I have ever traveled and I have traveled a lot!
Hanoi, Saigon, Phenom Penh, Bangkok are a few of the cities we enjoyed plus lots of towns and villages. The food is out of this world and the culture, fabrics and so much more. HT
