I use the Eagle Creek folders, and it works fine.
Otherwise, I would wrap it around other clothes. For the pants, for example, put another pair of pants with them and fold both pants together, with the suit pants on the outside. For the jacket, do the same thing, but fold it like a men's shirt from a store, so that you don't crease the collar.
If it is a wool suit, then the wrinkles should fall out relatively quickly, as long as you don't wad it into a ball.
