Hello, I'm planning to go on a 7-day trip to Europe(France, Germany) But only today I realized that I don't have a proper backpack. If someone has an idea what kind of backpack would be the best option for an active traveling, share your thoughts on the topic. I don't look for expensive ones. I'd be glad to take your recommendations into consideration before purchasing.

I would use a 20" roller suitcase myself. I think they are a lot handier than a backpack. And you don't need much for a 1-week trip.
