Finding the best travel package help!!

Hello! I am hoping to travel out of the country (USA) in October. I haven't been to many foreign places and don't particularly care where I go. My dates are also quite flexible. I would prefer a travel package but I'm flexible on that too! I know I will have fun whatever the activities/lodging as long as it's safe. I would be happy staying at a resort but I would also be happy doing a week-long river trip. I go to sites with ads for cheap vacations but they make me enter dates and destinations. I would really like to know if there is a site that displays deals for certain times to certain places without my having to pick my own dates and destinations! Can anyone give me advice/help me with this?

Welcome to Fodor's!

No I don't know of any sites like that. Instead you can use these... just pick random dates and places to get you started...

https://www.cheapcaribbean.com/#!/
https://www.trivago.com/
https://www.expedia.com/

Or for river trips:
https://www.oars.com/
https://triadrivertours.com/
https://www.westernriver.com/

Those are just from a quick Google search to give you ideas. I have never myself done a packaged deal. I just decide where I want to go and then buy a plane ticket, and make a hotel reservation(s). I do my own thing

I like Travelzoo.com for exactly your situation. They show deals, top twenty, etc. You have to join, I think. I did at one time. I use the website just to see what is being offered.

Look at vacationstogo, com to see what different travel companies are offering.

Don’t know your age, but if you are under 35, look at Contiki.

Look at Rick Steves’ tours.
