Enterprise Rent a Car
2893 Richmond Rd Ste 130, Lexington, KY 40509
(859) 269-9149.
You better make damn sure you read ALL the fine print or your whole trip could be ruined.
I took a bus from Erie, PA to Lexington, KY (13 hours) for 2 job interviews I had in Louisville, KY,
Booked my rental 2 days in advance and had a confirmation number all set.
Good luck getting them to accept your payment method(s) and proof of Identification.
They simply do NOT want you to rent from them.
Almost cost me a long-term career.
Luckily I had a friend who was willing to drive me around.
Enterprise is by far THE worst car rental agency I've ever dealt with in 20 years of travel!
The reason for review: Problems with payment.
I didn't like: Refused the rental, Pricing discrepancies, Sharp Practice, Terrible Management.

I'm just wondering exactly what you mean. What payment method were you trying to use? What ID did you have?
What fine print are you talking about, specifically?
Like I said, we have always had excellent cars and service from Enterprise. I try to use them whenever I can.

And you registered twice a year apart to complain/rant. . . .
If you provided some details instead of just raging . . . like what sort(s) of payment you had, why they didn't accept your ID, etc. Then maybe - just maybe - someone would be able to explain what happened.
For example - did you try to use an personal check, or a debit card, or a prepaid/secured credit card, or something else other than a normal credit card? That would be a big problem - not just with Enterprise, but with almost all rental agencies. Some will accept debit cards but it has to be approved on a case by case basis in advance.

Terms like, "sharp practice" and "worst car rental policies" do not tell us what the problems are.
Please, what is the policy that is the worst? What is the sharp practice? How are they untrustworthy?
They may be all those things, but you have not given a single, reasonable, specific action on their part that would prove them so.
Did you give them a credit card number to reserve the car?
Did you use the same credit card when picking up the car?
Was there a problem with the credit card?
Do you have a proper driver's license? insurance?
Exactly what were the rental agency's issues with your identification?
Did they not have the car you reserved and try to get you to take a more expensive one?
