Best All Inclusive for Romantic and Adventurous Honeymooners

Hi All,

My fiance and I love to travel and are seeking the best all inclusive for couples seeking privacy, a gorgeous beach, and an area where we can take some day trips to explore the area. I've heard excellent things about Sandals, Iberostar, and Excellence/Secrets. Are there others out there? We're open to any where in the world so long as it's all inclusive and adults only. Thank you!

Karen

For couple seeking privacy, I would not recommend the mega all-inclusive resorts you mention at all. By their very nature you'll be with a LOT of other people around you.

I know I'm repeating myself but for "romantic" & "adventurous" & "privacy" I wouldn't limit myself to the big well-known corporate AI resorts. Instead how about some place like this www.tensingpen.com ?? for example.

Also you might want to read and post on the Caribbean and Mexico forums here. They get a lot more readership than this "Travel Tips" branch.

Hmm.. my fiance & I actually stayed at the Wyndham Sabor in Cozumel.. It was awesome--slides down to the pool from the first-floor rooms, good food, premium liquor, adults only, very relaxing. I know that's sort of "corporate", but Cozumel is gorgeous as well, and you can head over to the other side of the island where there aren't many people.
