That will be a *very* busy 10 days. If you're okay with having very little down time, it's fine, and you will see all Peru's major highlights.
Cusco and Puno are at high altitudes (10,800 feet and 12,400 feet respectively). That could be taxing to pack in so much sightseeing and to begin it immediately after your arrival. That would be my biggest concern.

i agree with Jeff -- you'll see alot, but not sure how much time you'll have to really take it in and enjoy it. it just seems a bit rushed. I was in Cusco at the end of our trip and I still felt the altitiude--just had to slow down a bit from my normal pace. I might add, this was the first time I ever really experienced altitude issues. Peru is great, enjoy!

(I also left a response at the other post)
Jeff and yestravel have good points - I didn't even think of the altitude adjustment. You could do great, as you'll be starting in Arequipa then to Puno (which is the highest you'll be at) and then down from there. But you'll also be going to Taquile where you'll have to hike to get to the top of the island. And at the pace you'll be keeping, if you need some down time to adjust, you may not get it. Just something to think about....
