Plaza Serrano is in Palermo Viejo: The plaza is at the intersection of Calle Serrano and Calle Honduras.

It is also call Plaza Cortazar.

Let us know how it goes. Best, ~MarnieWDC

Oh it is easy to shop in the rain in Palermo, in and out of the shops, you barely get damp

pougal, you take a taxi to the ferry, at Puerto Madero. The Buquebus Terminal.
You don't want to go in the rain do you?
I would suggest the MALBA today, they are open on Mondays and have the Andy Warhol exhibit plus a fabulous restaurant. Then you can walk with an umbrella, over to Paseo Alcorte where you can shop without getting wet.
