itinerary help needed

I would appreciate it if someone who had experience of traveling to Patagonia could take a look at my itinerary to see if this plan makes sense. Thank you!!

Thank you so much for all inforamtion! I have a modified itinerary taking into consideration of all advice. Some people recommend fly to Santiago and out of BA. Please see if this version makes more sense. Thank you in advance! - Sheep

Day 1 – Fly from JFK → Santiago, Chile Overnight international flight.

Day 2 – Arrive Santiago → Fly to Puerto Natales Land in Santiago. Catch a domestic flight to Puerto Natales (via Punta Arenas, if needed). Evening arrival in Puerto Natales. stay: Puerto Natales (1st night).
(It’s a long day. Santiago worths one night stay?)

Day 3 – drive or bus from PN to Torres del Paine for short hikes or something else (Need recommendations of warm up activities.) Where to stay in the park?

Day 4 – start early for the full-day hike to the Base of the Towers (8–10 hrs). Stay in the park or drive back to PN?

Day 5 Bus or drive to El Calafate (5 hrs??, including border crossing). Rest and explore El Calafate. Stay: El Calafate (1st night).

Day 6 – Perito Moreno Glacier Day tour to Perito Moreno Glacier. Optional glacier trekking or boat cruise. Stay: El Calafate (2nd night).

Day 7 – Travel to El Chaltén Morning bus or drive to El Chaltén (3 hrs??). Optional short afternoon hike: Mirador de los Cóndores or Chorrillo del Salto. Overnight El Chaltén (1st night).

Day 8 – Laguna de los Tres Hike (Fitz Roy) Full-day hike to Laguna de los Tres (8–10 hrs). Stunning views of Mount Fitz Roy. Overnight: El Chaltén (2nd night).

Day 9 – Explore El Chaltén Option 1: Hike Loma del Pliegue Tumbado; Option 2: Relax in town and explore the local area or do a shorter hike like Laguna Capri. Add this extra day in case of bad weather on the previous hikes. Lodging: El Chaltén (3rd night).

Day 10 – Return to El Calafate Morning bus or drive to El Calafate (3 hrs??). Optional activities: Laguna Nimez or other short hikes/exploration. Lodging: El Calafate (3rd night).

Day 11 – Fly to Buenos Aires Flight from El Calafate to Buenos Aires. Afternoon arrival in Buenos Aires. Lodging: Buenos Aires (1st night).

Day 12 – Full Day in Buenos Aires Explore the city: Recoleta Cemetery, Palermo, San Telmo, La Boca, or a tango show. Lodging: Buenos Aires (2nd night).

Day 13 - fly home
