4:00AM Bus to Paracas from Lima
~8:00AM Boat Tour of Islas Ballestas
11:00AM Bus to Ica
~12:15 Arrive Ica
1:00PM Sandboarding tour to Huacachina
~4:00PM Arrive back in Ica
6:45PM Bus to Nazca

Looks packed, but it's just a boat tour and sandboarding. Plus bus rides, but that I'm not worried about. Are the buses typically on schedule?

If you fly the lines it will be calmest the next AM

I did mine for $55 with Brabant Tours in Nasca

High Wing great views saw everything

Refuse bigger airplanes many scammers try to put you

on you will see little a common scam they run there

Avoid all the touts at the bus station.

If you are careful with your time, your itinerary should work out comfortably. For example:

3:45am bus to Paracas with Cruz del Sur
7:45am arrival in Paracas, arrange for 3-hr Islas Ballestas tour
11:15am back in Paracas, enjoy lunch
12pm bus to Ica
1:45pm arrival in Ica
2pm arrival in Huacachina by taxi, arrange for sandboarding tour
6:15pm or 6:45pm bus to Nazca with Cruz del Sur
